Buells are not different for the sake of being different. The guys at Buell ask tough questions: What happens if we put fuel in the frame? Why can’t a swing arm double as an oil reservoir? Who says we can’t create a perimeter-mounted front brake? Asking these sorts of questions is the essence of the company’s philosophy. The result is something that looks completely different, but not because it’s trying to. Pirelli has been supplying our tyres from the first day we started in Dubai. They make a huge range of tyres for both on and off track use. We ran schools on track (Dragon Supercorsa) but also road tyres (Diablo Corsa) and were never let down.
